Faith Fleischman, MBA - Chief Operating Officer

With over two decades of multifaceted experience, Faith Fleischman is an accomplished professional in business operations. She brings extensive expertise in finance, accounting, project management, and human resource management, having led and managed teams effectively across both civilian and military contexts. In the corporate sector, Faith served as an accounting and finance manager and a project manager for the global defense contractor, Northrop Grumman. For 12 years, she worked as an independent consultant, spearheading global projects in collaboration with "The Big 4" consulting firms. Her diverse background is further defined by her distinguished military service, where she held leadership roles as an accounting and finance specialist in both the Army and Air Force, in addition to serving as a Senior Enlisted Leader, Operations Manager, Human Resource Advisor, and currently as the Human Resources Office Manager at the state headquarters.


A decorated military professional, Faith Fleischman has dedicated more than two decades to serving the United States. Following four years in the Army National Guard, she rose to the rank of Chief Master Sergeant in the Air National Guard. Her service record includes significant contributions to overseas peacekeeping missions during Operation Enduring Freedom, as well as critical domestic responses, including Operation Capitol Response and multiple hurricane relief operations.


She graduated with honors from Regis University with her Master of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting. She possesses a Bachelor of Science in Management, an Associate in Arts in Business Administration and an Associate in Applied Science in Financial Management. Faith also holds several certifications including her Information Technology Infrastructure Library Foundation certification, Professional Manager certification, and a Financial Management Level III certification from the Department of Defense.
