Juror Questionnaires

We recommend a questionnaire to efficiently collect a wealth of information about each juror to inform jury selection strategy. In addition to preparing and formatting the questionnaire, we can assist in the negotiations with opposing counsel to develop a jointly proposed questionnaire. Additionally, we offer a solution to logistical barriers of traditional paper questionnaires (if approved) by providing each juror with an individual iPad that enables them to fill out the questionnaire electronically and provides almost instantaneous results to both parties. We simplify the jury selection process by creating single one-page juror summaries of questionnaire responses so counsel can focus on what really counts. 

Juror Profiles & Voir Dire Development

Based on our prior research and experience, we can prepare a list of attitudes, experiences and demographics that differentiate your likely advocates from adversaries in the jury pool. From those profiles, we then develop a list of questions and script for voir dire to guide counsel through effective voir dire.
