Mr. Buchbinder’s responsibilities include developing, implementing, and executing trial technology strategies and presentations for law firms nationwide. Whether in the courtroom or the war room, Darren is responsible for all aspects of effectively presenting electronic evidence to the judge and jury including the preparation of documents and exhibits, video, demonstrative exhibits, and all other media needed in the courtroom.

Mr. Buchbinder has more than 20 years of experience in the trial technology industry and has been an integral part of hundreds of trial and arbitration teams throughout the country and internationally. Mr. Buchbinder’s litigation experience in both federal and state courts include work in tobacco, asbestos, insurance, antitrust, product liability, employment, intellectual property, bankruptcy, pharmaceutical, white collar, and environmental cases.



Mr. Buchbinder has worked with many of the largest law firms, including Kirkland & Ellis, Greenberg Traurig, K&L Gates, Winston & Strawn, Reed Smith, Sidley Austin, Skadden Arps, King & Spalding, Paul Hastings, and Dentons.
