Director of Operations

Carey brings over 15 years of jury research and project management experience to the VIP team. Known for her proactive, solutions-oriented approach and strong attention to detail, she delivers innovative, practical solutions and operational excellence. Carey oversees scheduling, staffing, project budgets, and workflow management, collaborating closely with the entire VIP team to ensure projects run smoothly and clients receive the highest level of litigation insight.

Carey earned her Bachelor’s degree in Event Management from Endicott College in Beverly, Massachusetts. Outside of work, she enjoys DIY projects, tending to her summer vegetable garden, and spending time with family and friends (especially her nieces and nephews), and her dog, Cooper. She resides in the suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio, where she proudly cheers for the Cleveland Guardians.
