Heather Soulier, M.A. – Research Associate
Heather has an extensive background in various aspects of the legal field. She has provided support to victims of crimes in civil and criminal matters inside and outside of the courtroom. She also assisted with forensic assessments and conducted research on the efficacy of risk assessment data in predicting recidivism rates among mentally ill defendants. Additionally, she creates in-depth profiles of prospective jurors through social media investigation, analyzes how their past experiences and biases could impact case perception, codes questionnaires, coordinates mock trials and focus groups, and assists with jury selection. Her multifaceted perspective of trial procedures and background in research and analysis helps our clients gain successful trial outcomes.
