Jillian Yeargin, M.A. - Jury Consultant

Jillian is a Los Angeles based jury consultant with over 10 years of experience in psychology and neuroscience research. She is an expert in juror profiling analysis and applying academic research results to real-world matters. She works 'in the trenches' with trial teams, and understands how to develop,test, and refine effective trial themes, predict audience behaviors, and craft research-driven presentations that get results. She has assisted in dozens of jury trials in California courts alone, has prepared dozens of witnesses for deposition and trial, and conducts regular mock trial and focus group research. Jillian’s case experience includes product liability, toxic tort, employment, contract disputes, fraud, premises liability, professional malpractice, intellectual property, construction, transportation, and entertainment.
